Creating a supportive work environment

Diversity

At CyberAgent, we respect individuals with diverse backgrounds and strive to create a workplace where each employee can thrive in their own unique way. The percentage of female employees in CyberAgent group is 33.7%*1, and the percentage of female managers is 24.9%*1. Through initiatives such as the women's advancement program "macalon" and the employee-led cross-organizational women's collaboration "CAramel," we encourage the development of long-term career plans and create an environment where everyone, regardless of gender, feels comfortable working.

    Our People by the Numbers

  • CAramel

The cross-organizational women's collaboration "CAramel" was established in 2017, made through the Ashita Kaigi (Meeting for tomorrow). It is a company-wide, cross-functional organization composed of voluntary members. Since its start, it has implemented initiatives addressing the challenges faced by female employees and created opportunities for interaction among employees across different departments.

  • Tech DE&I Project

The "Tech DE&I Project" is engaged in various activities aimed at bridging the gender gap in the IT industry and within our engineering division. One of the key initiatives is the "Women Tech Terrace," a technology and career conference for female engineers. This conference, ongoing since 2019, aims to connect female engineers and support their long-term career development.

  • Office Tours for Middle and High School Girls

We take part in the "Office tour for middle and high school girls," a women's advancement initiative organized by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. In 2024, we conducted a studio tour at the Kiwami AI Odaiba Studio, a creative production studio utilizing AI and computer graphics, showcasing cutting-edge equipment such as LED walls and 4D scanning, and held a talk session with about 50 middle and high school girls.

  • Company Visit Program for Middle and High School Girls

We participate in the "Girls Meet STEM Career" program, an initiative of the Yamada Shintaro D&I Foundation to give middle and high school girls an experience of visiting companies in the STEM field. We provide office tours and talk sessions with female employees working at CyberAgent, and strongly support middle and high school girls to follow their interests and aspirations.
