Accessibility Initiatives

CyberAgent is working to improve accessibility to web services with the aim of "ensuring access to information and services to all users of CyberAgent services regardless of mental/physical capabilities or environment."

Main services we are focusing on:

Ameba: We have prepared the "Ameba Accessibility Guidelines," a collection of production guidelines aimed at ensuring that "all users of our services can enjoy content with confidence at any time."

WINTICKET: We work hard to improve accessibility to ensure that all users of the service can participate and enjoy public races.

Yakyubin: We strive to improve accessibility to provide a medical service that anyone can use with confidence and ease anytime regardless of age, gender, or disability.

Testing based on JIS X 8341-3

Ameba Blog and WINTICKET, Yakyubin aim to comply with JIS X 8341-3:2016 Design Guidelines for the Elderly and People with Disabilities - Equipment, Software, and Services for Information and Communications - Part 3: Web Content" and the single-A of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.

Participation in the Web Accessibility Infrastructure Committee

CyberAgent participates as a member of the Web Accessibility Infrastructure Committee (WAIC), an organization that promotes the understanding and widespread adoption of JIS X 8341–3, Japan's national standard for web accessibility.
