Accessibility Initiatives

CyberAgent is working to improve accessibility to web services with the aim of "ensuring access to information and services to all users of CyberAgent services regardless of mental/physical capabilities or environment."

Main services we are focusing on:

Ameba

We have prepared the "Ameba Accessibility Guidelines," a collection of production guidelines aimed at ensuring that "all users of our services can enjoy content with confidence at any time."

WINTICKET

We work hard to improve accessibility to ensure that all users of the service can participate and enjoy public races.

Yakyubin

We strive to improve accessibility to provide a medical service that anyone can use with confidence and ease anytime regardless of age, gender, or disability.

Testing based on JIS X 8341-3

Ameba Blog and WINTICKET, Yakyubin aim to comply with JIS X 8341-3:2016 Design Guidelines for the Elderly and People with Disabilities - Equipment, Software, and Services for Information and Communications - Part 3: Web Content" and the single-A of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.

Participation in the Web Accessibility Infrastructure Committee

CyberAgent participates as a member of the Web Accessibility Infrastructure Committee (WAIC), an organization that promotes the understanding and widespread adoption of JIS X 8341–3, Japan's national standard for web accessibility.
