CyberAgent, Inc. founded.

1999

CyberAgent moves to Kita-aoyama, Minato-ku.

2000

CyberAgent stocks go public on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market.
CyberAgent moves to Shibuya Markcity in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.

2004

Launch of "Ameba" service.

2009

CyberAgent establishes CyberZ, Inc. which focuses on the smartphone advertising business.

CyberAgent establishes Sumzap, Inc, and steps into the gaming business.

2011

CyberAgent establishes Cygames, Inc. to strengthen the game business.

2012

CyberAgent launches "Ameba" for smartphones.

2013

CyberAgent establishes CyberAgent Crowdfunding, Inc. (Current Makuake, Inc.)

2014

CyberAgent moves to the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

2015

CyberAgent changed the corporate logo and the Ameba brand logo.
CyberAgent establishes AbemaTV, Inc., with TV Asahi Corporation to launch a video streaming service.

2016

AbemaTV, Inc. launches "AbemaTV (current ABEMA)."

2018

CyberAgent establishes Colorful Palette, Inc. to strengthen the game business.

Zelvia, Inc. which operates J-League club FC Machida Zelvia joins the CyberAgent Group.
AbemaTV, Inc. signs a capital and business alliance with Dentsu Inc. and Hakuhodo DY Media Partners Inc.

CyberAgent establishes Winticket, Inc. to develop public sports betting service.

2019

CyberAgent moves its head office to Abema Towers in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.

2021

CyberAgent acquires REALGATE Inc. and enters the real estate business.

2022

CyberAgent moves from the First Section to the Prime Market due to the revision of the Tokyo Stock Exchange market classification.

ABEMA broadcasts all the matches of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, and the number of weekly viewers hit a record high of more than 30 million.

2023年

A theatre production company, Nelke Planning Co,. LTD. joins the CyberAgent Group.
