We adopt a shareholder benefit program to express our gratitude to shareholders for their continuous support. We hope it will help to deeply understand our service and encourage more people to own our shares over the medium to long term.
Details
A free coupon for the premium service of ABEMA, provided by our consolidated subsidiary AbemaTV, Inc, will be sent to the eligible shareholders.

Eligible shareholders
Shareholders who hold 100 shares or more of the Company's stock as of the end of September of each year are eligible for the program.
*The date of rights allotment is three business days prior to the record date (September 30) excluding holidays and weekends. Shareholders who have purchased shares by that date are eligible for the shareholder benefit program.

How can I check if I am eligible for the Shareholder Benefit Program?

From 2023, shareholders who hold at least one unit (100 shares) of our company's stock and are listed in the shareholders' register at the end of September are eligible for the program. Please review the information above, as there are two types of coupons depending on the number of shares held.

When the "Notice of Convocation of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders" and "Voting Form" are mailed to shareholders in mid-November, we will also include "Instructions for Use" for shareholder benefits and "Coupons" for eligible shareholders.

Benefits can only be used by the shareholder. The transfer of shareholder benefit rights to anyone other than the shareholder is prohibited, and the Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever, including responding to any inquiries from anyone other than the shareholder.

How to cancel ABEMA Premium (Japanese)
Even after the cancellation procedure is completed, the ABEMA Premium plan will be effective within 2 days *1 of joining ABEMA Premium (Free Trial)*2. Please make sure the viewing plan displayed on your My Page is set to ""Basic"" before redeeming the coupon.

You can also use your smartphone to scan the QR code printed on the coupon. This will automatically enter the code for a smoother experience.
