Measures ensuring the right person in the right job

CyberAgent aims to realize the right person for the right job by matching the will of human resources with business needs within the company and creating a multiplication of business growth through the blossoming of our talents. Our in-house headhunting organization, Career Agent, draws out each employee's career interests and medium to long-term aspirations through as many as 1,000 interviews per year and "GEPPO" while at the same time making efforts to visualize open positions in the company through the transfer application system, video content, and job posting website.

How Career Agent works to put the right person in the right job

    A monthly pulse survey system to assess employee conditions, career ambitions, and problems. CyberAgent uses the responses to ensure proper personnel assignments, and resolve such issues as a mismatch between organization and individual, and business volume.

    A meeting for directors to discuss strategic personnel assignments. The aim is individual and business growth through optimal placement of exceptional personnel.
