About the EBPM Database
The EBPM database is a platform for collecting and sharing policy-related evidence at multiple levels, ranging from peer-reviewed journals to basic data analysis in policy-making environments.
Since its inception in May of this year, we have worked to expand the content with the help of industry and academic experts in fields such as economics, demography, and public policy studies. This has resulted in the number of reviews increasing to nearly 50 since the platform's launch, and we intend to continue working to expand the platform.
In principle, the EBPM database is open, allowing researchers and practitioners to freely post and comment on GitHub.
In addition to increasing the number of people who use the platform, we hope to accelerate the interaction between researchers and government by establishing a cycle in which experts participate in demonstration experiments at government facilities using this database as a hub, and the resulting data are published as papers and uploaded to the EBPM database.
