Based on our belief that the equitable distribution of profits and new value created through business growth to multiple stakeholders contributes to the sustainable development of the economy and society, CyberAgent prioritizes returns to employees and consideration for business partners and will pursue the initiatives below.
1. Returns to Employees
Under our policy of empowering employees to make decisions and take actions, we believe that establishing a continuous cycle of learning from experience fosters talent growth, which leads to sustainable business growth, improved productivity, and maximized added value. In addition, we aim to provide sustainable returns to our employees through active efforts to provide appropriate merit-based wage increases as well as education and training.

Wage increases: We review wages and annual incomes based on the degree to which semi-annual goals are met and have also implemented a variety of incentive systems.
Education and training: We have established systems and frameworks to support the career challenges of each employee and regularly conduct various training programs for frontline employees, trainers, new managers, engineers, and others. These programs are tailored to each business and job function and cover the specialized skills required, as well as management skills such as leadership and risk management. In addition, we also offer programs for all employees to learn about generative AI. As a key management priority, we are also developing training plans for future leadership candidates who will be responsible for the company's medium to long-term growth.
2. Consideration for Business Partners
CyberAgent will continue to adhere to the terms and spirit of the Partnership Building Declaration.
In case the publication of the Partnership Building Declaration is discontinued, we will voluntarily withdraw the publication of the Multi-Stakeholder Policy.
