CyberAgent has implemented various initiatives to continue creating new opportunities in the ever-changing internet domain. We strive for sustainable growth by focusing on our ability to respond to change while adapting our initiatives to the situation.

1. Superior Creation

Our Approach
We are implementing a series of initiatives to enhance our ability to respond to change as we develop our business based on the internet industry, where technological innovation and consumer preferences change rapidly. While continuously creating new businesses and aggressively investing in areas that need strengthening for business expansion, we can flexibly change our business portfolio and achieve sustainable growth by making timely business transformation, market exit decisions, and changes in strategy.
We currently use AI technology to develop products and improve operational efficiency in various areas, including advertising business.
Additionally, we maintain a solid financial position and establish a stable management system.

2. Superior Technology

Our Approach
Our group's wide range of services―including ABEMA, over 50 titles of smartphone games, and advertising products using AI technologies―are created by just under 3,000 engineers and creators.
In order to incorporate the latest technologies across a wide range of businesses, we certify personnel with superior knowledge and skills in technical areas of particular focus as experts and support their activities both internally and externally. In the area of AI, we formed a research organization in 2016.
The organization has made both academic contributions, such as the development of Japanese LLM, and early implementation in business. It has one of the best records in Japan* of having papers accepted for publication at international conferences in the AI research field.
In addition, to promote technology management, we have positioned personnel with a high level of expertise and a proven track record as the leader to achieve rapid decision-making in collaboration with management strategy and development.

3. Information Security

Our Approach
As an internet service provider entrusted with significant amounts of personal data, we are working to reduce information security risks and protect personal information through measures based on four key elements: organization, people, technology and office.

4. Superior Talent

Our Approach
We have implemented a number of HR measures that emphasize "hiring, training, active utilization, and putting the right person in the right place" and provide an environment and system that allows each employee to develop his or her talents and feel a sense of fulfillment in their work.
We believe that "every point of contact with a candidate is a recruiting activity," and we strive to meet candidates' expectations during the recruiting process, such as designing internships tailored to each candidate's needs.
In addition, we are also engaged in a wide range of activities, such as publishing content on owned media and holding events, and are actively recruiting in order to hire active personnel who will contribute to our future business performance.
We devise and implement a variety of initiatives to nurture human resources with self-driven and self-leadership skills from the recruitment selection process through the post-employment period.

Our Approach

Our Approach
We place a high value on employee job satisfaction and strive to maintain an environment and health management system that allow employees to do their best work without experiencing physical or mental stress. We promote a number of health initiatives, including monitoring of working hours to prevent overwork, measures to increase the rate of regular health check-ups, and in-house seasonal flu vaccinations (free of charge), as well as the opportunity to meet with an occupational health physician as needed and a licensed clinical psychologist once a month for those who wish to see a counselor.

Our Approach
To contribute to the realization of a sustainable society, CyberAgent strives for a balance in reducing the environmental impact of climate change while maintaining the efficiency of business activities.
If an earthquake, typhoon, or other natural disaster should occur,CyberAgent has BCP systems in place to quickly and appropriately implement crisis management and recovery measures.

6. Governance

Our Approach
Our Mission Statement, which is our code of conduct, clearly states our intention to be a "highly moral company that thoroughly complies with the law."
We have established a management system that allows employees to run on their own while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. In addition, we have established a stable auditing system and an internal DX system that can handle an increase in personnel.
