Whistleblower System
We have instituted a whistleblower system where Directors and/or employees, upon discovering that other directors, employees, or a third party with whom they have dealings is involved in unlawful activities, can report and consult at any time. The directors and/or employees are obligated to report immediately to the company any relevant circumstances. The methods for reporting include, but are not limited to, verbal, telephone, email, and mail. Anonymous reporting is allowed.
The directors and employees are forbidden from acting in retaliation against those who reported their unlawful activities, etc., to the company, for the reason that they were reported.
Additionally, as an original system within our company, we hear directly from employees about their work situation once a month through a pulse survey, "GEPPO." The collected information is shared only by the department in charge and designated directors. We strive to ensure transparency inside the company.
