CA Advance, Inc., a consolidated subsidiary with offices in Okinawa, Sendai, Vietnam, and other locations, has approximately 1,800 employees, including those on fixed-term contracts, who are responsible for operating various services such as ABEMA, Ameba, matching services, and games, as well as managing internet advertising operations. CA Advance’s headquarters is located in Okinawa, and we recruit new graduates from local schools to contribute to the community under the vision of "Creating the future of the internet industry in Okinawa."

Besides online company briefings, we conduct over 40 on-site seminars, interviews, and local selection events for Business, Engineering, and Creative courses throughout the year in many locations from north to south of Japan and overseas. As a result, approximately 40% of the new graduates hired in FY 2024 are from high schools and universities outside the Tokyo metropolitan area.
