ABEMA Launches “ABEMA de DAZN” to Deliver Even More Sports Content from February
Watch the world’s best sports streamed by DAZN on ABEMA, including Meiji Yasuda J.League matches, AFC tournaments, LaLiga, Serie A, Liga Portugal and other European football league matches, and F1 motorsports
Starting Friday, February 23, ABEMA, the new TV for the future, will officially start offering*1 a new “ABEMA de DAZN” plan that features sports content from the live and on-demand sports streaming service DAZN. ABEMA users will now be able to watch the best in sports streamed by DAZN. Examples of content that will be available include Meiji Yasuda J.League and other Japanese sports matches; AFC tournament matches played by Japan; LaLiga, Serie A, Liga Portugal and other European football league matches; as well as F1 and other motorsports.
Since its launch in April 2016, ABEMA has livestreamed a variety of content for both minor and major sports, such as F-League, Grand Sumo, combat sports such as K-1 and professional wrestling, and MLB. In 2022, it streamed all 64 FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 matches for free. With stable, high-quality video, ABEMA has delivered many users with exciting sports viewing experiences that only it can offer.
With advances made onto the world stage by Japanese sports teams and spectacular achievements by numerous Japanese professional athletes overseas in recent years, domestic and overseas sports content is attracting increased attention. To make it easier for more people to enjoy a greater range of this content, ABEMA is proud to announce that it will be offering this new plan in partnership with DAZN. Now users will be able to watch even more sports via ABEMA’s one-of-a-kind viewing experience that combines realism and convenience.
ABEMA de DAZN will be available for a monthly plan of \4,200 (w/ tax) or an annual plan of \32,000 (w/ tax). Available content will include:

ABEMA de DAZN Launch Celebration Campaign
To celebrate the launch of ABEMA de DAZN, ABEMA offers free video highlights of ongoing European football leagues where Takefusa Kubo, Takumi Minamino and other players play, from Friday, February 16 until 23:59 on Thursday, February 22, in advance to the official launch on Friday, February 23. The goal-scoring footage of all 20 Meiji Yasuda J1 League teams from last season will also be available for free for a limited time.
