The First Smartphone Game Based on the TV Anime JUJUTSU KAISEN: JUJUTSU KAISEN Phantom Parade is Now Officially Available

Sumzap, Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yusuke Hidaka; “Sumzap”), a consolidated subsidiary of CyberAgent, Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Susumu Fujita; TSE:4751) today announced the official release of　the smartphone game　JUJUTSU KAISEN Phantom Parade, planned and produced by Toho Co., LTD. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Hiroyasu Matsuoka) and planned, produced, developed, and operated by Sumzap.

JUJUTSU KAISEN Phantom Parade is the first smartphone game based on the TV anime JUJUTSU KAISEN, originally a popular manga by Gege Akutami, which has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) since 2018. The game is a turn-based RPG in which the users train and organize characters to fight battles to exorcise the cursed spirits. The number of pre-registrations has exceeded 1.5 million.
The original work boasts high popularity, with a circulation exceeding 80 million copies in Japan (as of July 4, 2023,) including digital comic editions. The film JUJUTSU KAISEN 0: THE MOVIE was a smash hit, grossing more than 26.5 billion yen at the worldwide box office. Season 2 of TV anime is broadcast at 11:56 p.m. every Thursday from July 6, 2023, on the MBS/TBS nationwide network of 28 stations. Overall, there are high expectations for the future of JUJUTSU KAISEN.
