To date, CyberAgent has published a variety of information on its corporate website with topics ranging from corporate culture to HR development and CSR initiatives. However, in response to the recent surge in interest in sustainability, the company has decided to create a new category, "Sustainability," which broadens published information to include ESG initiatives, SDGs, and other relevant issues.
This new "Sustainability" category will communicate CyberAgent's efforts to promote sustainable corporate growth, emphasizing ESG data, including our innovation-generating processes, unique HR policies, and strengthened governance.
Also, note that our owned media, "FEATUReS," has been renamed "CyberAgent Way" to strengthen the communication of our core competencies, competitive advantages, and other qualitative information. A special feature on "Ashita Kaigi," a system for continuously creating new businesses, is released to coincide with the new category.
CyberAgent will continue to proactively disclose ESG information and leverage tools such as its owned media, CyberAgent Way, to provide timely information that gives people meaningful insight into the company.
