Leadership
In order to further strengthen our corporate governance, we made a clear distinction between supervision and execution and enhanced directors' supervisory function since FY 2021. At the same time, we moved to a new management structure.

The Board of Directors consists of ten directors, including three members of the Audit and Supervisory Committee (eight male directors and two female directors), of which four are outside directors.
