    CAramel

    CAramel is a female cross-departmental group that was established at the September 2017 Ashita Kaigi (Meeting for Tomorrow) with the intent of "making the voices of female employees heard at the management level" and "increasing opportunities for them to interact with each other."
    We support female employees who are likely to be affected by life events in their careers to learn about various ways of work style through the activities of CAramel, take the changes positively, and build their careers in the medium and long term.
