We have instituted a whistleblower system when Directors and/or employees, in discovering that other directors, employees, and/or a third party with whom they have dealings are involved in unlawful activities, etc. can report and consult anytime. Our directors and/or employees are obliged to report immediately to the company the circumstances, etc. The methods for reporting include, but not limited to, verbal, telephone, email and mail, and anonymous reporting is possible.
Directors and employees are forbidden from acting in retaliation against those who reported their unlawful activities, etc. to the company, for the reason that they were reported.
In addition, as an original system of our company, we have the opportunity to hear the work situation directly to employees once a month. The collected information is shared only by the department in charge and the directors, and we are working to ensure transparency inside the company.
