In “LINE Business Connect Partner Program,” LINE Corporation accredits firms that possess a consulting system and a platform for installing LINE Business Connect. With the accreditation in this program, it becomes possible to propose an optimal method for utilizing LINE Business Connect.
By installing a marketing platform for LINE Business Connect, which is to be released, firms can distribute their messages to customers while adjusting contents and timings based on the data of customers*1. For example, when a user sends locational information to the official LINE account of a firm that operates stores, the user can receive the information on the nearest store, and when a user sends a question about products, the user can receive an answer. Like this, this system enables closer marketing communication with each user. At the time of installation, in order to maximize overall effects, we will propose, develop, execute, improve, and operate plans and platform utilization methods according to the indicators of each firm, suggest and conduct promotion in the LINE platform, such as official accounts and sponsored stamps.
We aim to offer this service to 100 firms by the end of September 2015, improve the planning and development technologies tailored for each firm, develop and enrich our services further.
*1 The data used for analysis and distribution to target customers in this service do not identify individuals, but we will handle them appropriately in the same manner as personal information.
■ What is Line Business Connect?
This is a service that offers the functions of official accounts to firms by means of API so that each firm customizes them. By utilizing LINE Business Connect, it becomes possible to send optimized messages to specific users in addition to the unilateral distribution of messages to LINE users like conventional official accounts of firms. In addition, by interlinking the existing database of each firm and an original system with LINE accounts after obtaining the consent of each user, it becomes possible to use the system as a tool for customer relations management (CRM) and business solution beyond the application scope as a message distribution tool*.
* LINE will not hold the customer data of each firm linked to LINE accounts.
■ What is Ad Tech STUDIO?
This is a cross-sectoral organization of CyberAgent Group and is composed of engineers who develop services in the ad technology field. Ad Tech Studio developed the existing products “AMoAd,” “CA Reward,” and “CAMP,” in addition to the private DMP “RightSegment,” the dynamic retargeting advertisement “Dynalyst,” and the pay-per-action DSP “Smalgo.”
